I went to draw the next Blog of the Week winner. Stuck my hand in the hat and pulled out the winner. How disappointing to find out that the winning blog was no longer linking to the directory (this one) that they asked to be listed on in the first place.

I’m pretty sure we make it fairly easy to get listed. Either a button or a text link will do. What’s so hard about that?

So yeah, as I draw your blog for Blog of the Week, Blog of the Month, Blog of Whatever… I’ll just go ahead and keep drawing until we have a winner. Surely there are blogs that want to be listed that graciously link back in an appropriate way… no?

If you used to be listed, screwed up, and would like to try again you are welcome to RE-apply but I will have to think about whether or not I will go to the trouble to RE-introduce your blog and get you RE-added to the directory.

It’s been a crazy time for me lately so taking a break in honor of Mom’s everywhere is a welcomed break for this Blog Mom.

The photograph above is the rose that they passed out to all of the Moms today at church. My rose broke so I thought it would be fun to allow the flower to float for awhile in my kitchen. I think the coffee cup idea turned out cute. What do you think?
